Hello and welcome to Lauren’s Patisserie.
I’m Lauren and I am a qualified pastry chef based in the beautiful Co. Sligo.
With over a decade of experience, having worked various renowned establishments, including Gleneagles in Scotland, Ashford Castle in Ireland, Le Petit Caporal in France, and
Peggy Porschen in London.
In 2017, I had the honour of representing Scotland at The Culinary Olympics held in Germany.
My passion is all things related to pastry and baking. From an early age, I always showed creativity in the kitchen having collected patisserie books, cake stands, tea pots, and an array of kitchen tools.
My journey began as a young girl, baking Betty Crocker's "just add water" cookies. That childhood aspiration of owning my own pastry business transformed into reality in 2022.
At Lauren's Patisserie, every dessert and pastry is baked with love care, using the finest local ingredients, ensuring both quality and a homemade touch.
