What are the delivery options?

Where the customer and Lauren’s Patisseries agree on a collection area for specific products it is the responsibility of the customers to ensure they are available for that time slot and location. T&C's. 

What is the cancellation policy?

At Lauren’s Patisserie, we take great care in preparing and delivering our freshly baked goods for you. Due to the nature of the products and processes involved, cancellations is not possible once an order has been placed.If by the off chance you need to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know if the change is possible. If the bakes/decorations or products have been made changes to the order may not be possible to ensure we avoid waste.

Returns and refunds?

At Lauren’s Patisserie, we take great care in preparing and delivering our freshly baked goods for you. Due to the nature of the products and processes involved, refunds and returns are not possiblefor a change of mind.If you receive a product that does not meet our high quality standards or is damaged during transit.

Please contact us via email hello@laurenspatisserie.com immediately once delivery is received. In order to provide proof to our courier/delivery team we will ask for a photograph as proof to assess the issue. Please attach the photograph to your initial email. If the claim is valid we will discuss customer by customer if a partial refund or replacement product is required. This depends on the individual situation.

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns of baked goods once they have been delivered, accept in the cases of quality, in correct orders or damage at delivery.

Tuesday to Friday 9-5pm
Saturday 9-1pm
Sunday and Monday - Closed

What's your allergen advice?

All our cakes and bakes are prepared and baked in a kitchen that handles cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, soya and sulphur dioxide so they may contain traces.
It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly read our Dietary &  Allergen Guide on each product ordered before ordering for yourself or any party or other bodies that may be in contact with our products.

What cake sizes do you do?

  • 6inch round (10 cake slices or 20 party pieces)
  • 8inch round (16 cake slices or 40 party pieces)
  • 2 tier cakes

How do I store and care for my cake?

We recommend you store cakes and cupcake in the fridge up to 3 days. Cakes and cupcakes are best served at room temperature. Take cupcakes out 30 minutes before serving. Take cakes out 2 hours before serving.


All brownies and bake boxes that do not have icing can be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for 5 days.

How much notice do I need to order?

Please try to give as much notice as possible to ensure availability for the date of event.

How do I transport my cake?

We recommend as flat and secure as possible like the boot or the floor of the passenger side. Please hold boxes from the bottom. Be careful not to hold the sides as it may damage cake/cupcakes. Be extra gentle!

Do you do wedding cakes?

We love dessert tables - instead of a traditional wedding cake Lauren’s choice is a little bit of everything on one table!


The cake: We do our cakes as dummy cakes (for show) and provide tray-bakes of your choice of cake for the kitchen to cut so your cake still gets brought out later on to be served with tea and coffee.
